REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Defective items may be returned within 60 days for store credit or exchanged.
Dissatisfied items may be returned within 60 days for store credit only.
Special order items are non-refundable.
Certifications – eLearning or academic materials are non-refundable. Course fees are non-refundable once you have been scheduled with an instructor, whether you attend or not, or if you fail to pass a certification requirement. Reschedule fees will apply for missed classes.
Travel/Events/Charters - Travel fees are non-refundable; we recommend all travelers have insurance to cover any issues which may arise. Event fees may be refunded in the form of store credit only when the event is changed or canceled by the store. Weather cancelations canceled by the vendor will be refunded.
Serviced Items: Services on items are non-refundable.
