REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Defective/dissatisfied items may be returned within 60 days for store credit or exchanged.

Certifications – eLearning or academic materials are non-refundable. Unused class fees may be applied within 60 days to other training, transfer and administrative fees will apply.

Travel/Events - Travel fees are non-refundable; we recommend all travelers have insurance to cover any issues which may arise. Event fees may be refunded in the form of store credit only when the event is changed or canceled by the store. 


Serviced Items: Services on items are non-refundable.
